Her family owns an Estate Service Company and has been in the business of selling antiques for more than 12 years. She has estate experience ranging from small homes to large plantation homes and mansions listed on the National Register of Historic Landmarks which has helped foster a comprehensive knowledge of antiques and heirlooms. As an estate seller, Miranda looks forward to delivering her knowledge & appreciation of history and building trustworthy relationships with all clients.

Every estate sale & situation is unique which is why we offer a FREE on site evaluation to give you an accurate description of the services we offer. We use this as an opportunity to get to know you & your needs, and view the estate. We DO NOT charge any hourly fees for the labor prior to the sale and earn a percentage from the total of the sale. We also use top of the line surveillance equipment during all hours we are conducting the sale. You will receive a straightforward contract which details the services that Legacy Estate Sales, LLC will provide, as well as the fees for these services. We manage all aspects of the sale from sorting, set-up, researching, pricing, professionally staging, and clean up, along with everything else in between. We also offer pre- and post-sale consignment recommendations. We can pre-sell difficult to sell items prior to the sale date. We will not hesitate to higher a professional appraiser (at our expense) if we are unfamiliar with an item, to ensure you get the most money. Our goal is to make your sale a success!
